Thomas Nawrocki December 16, 2017 Winter 2017 Hunting Report Thomas Nawrocki December 16, 2017 Here are some photos from my hunting trips this winter. Seeing a deer in the 6.5 million acres of public land in New York states Adirondack’s Mountains is a challenge, getting a buck there is an absolute rush! 20 inches of arrow embedded in the chest of a mature Pennsylvania gamelands buck sounds like a sure kill but when the blood stops recovery becomes a best guess game of chance. 2 days looking for this monarch carrying the longer half of my arrow made me relive my own words of hunting wisdom; “No deer is dead until he’s is gutted”!
